The Good Stuff:
- NO ON CALL!
- Service Tech Pay: Hourly + Commission + Spiffs ($50-120k yearly)
- Installer Pay: Piece pay when installing, $20-26/hr (DOE) for training and PTO
- Medical, Dental, Vision

Service - What you need:
- 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with: variable speed units, mini splits, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
- EPA Certification, Nate preferred
Install - What you need:
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Ability to coach and train and apprentice
- Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
- EPA Certification, Nate preferred
