The Good Stuff:

- Apprentice Pay: Piece pay when installing, $18.50-20/hr (DOE) for training and PTO
- Installer Pay: Piece pay when installing, $20-26/hr (DOE) for training and PTO

What you need: (HVAC Apprentice)
- 6 months+ years of assisting on residential HVAC installations
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Familiarity with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
- EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred
What you need: (Lead Installer)
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Ability to coach and train and apprentice
- Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
- EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred
